Yellowstone National Park 2024 Calendar. Throughout the summer, yellowstone national park has numerous daily program offerings throughout the park. Within the park’s 2.2 million acres, visitors have unparalleled opportunities to observe wildlife in an intact ecosystem, explore geothermal areas that contain half the world’s active geysers and view geologic wonders like the grand canyon of the yellowstone river.

Lower visitation numbers in 2022 were likely due to an historic flood event that closed the park from june 13 through june 21. To give some background, i have been 5 times in the past to both parks, so i am familiar with the driving and top sites to see.
